Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, property owners are required to make their properties available to Section 8, according to Oregon housing law. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed in the State of Oregon. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we deposit your funds by direct deposit into your bank account. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We specialize in property management and do not do sales, but we are happy to refer you to a great real estate agent. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A standard security deposit is equal one month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
That depends. There are many variables involved. After a consultation and a review of your property, we would be happy to provide an accurate timeline. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage residential properties including single family homes, condos, townhomes, plexes and multi-family buildings. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive monthly statements and a year-end cumulative statement. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Security deposits are held in our Client's Trust Account.
