Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we can't hold a property without an approved application and paid security deposit. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You will pay the first month's rent and the security deposit prior to moving in. You are not required to pay the last month's rent in advance. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years old to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is conditionally refundable. Any outstanding balances will be deducted from the deposit amount. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Co-signers are recommended for those with limited verifiable rental history and/or those not meeting the minimum income requirements. -

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The landlord is responsible for maintaining essential services. Damages caused by the tenant are charged back to the tenant.
